Private lake dues. The public lakes in CO are WAY too crowded on the weekends for my comfort level and the safety of my riders. I also pay $125 a month for storage during the winter. Man this is an expensive hobby...should have stuck to racing my Corvette on the weekends.

If there is one thing I hate, it's the storage fees for the boat. When we bought our new house my wife wasn't working cause she was in school full time, and the houses with the 3rd or 4th stall in the garage were just a TAD out of price range at the time. So we are stuck with a $75 month fee to store it indoors.

This lake has me looking to get a closed cooling system. We have to reaaaaaaaaaly clean the boat when we are done here. The water has alkaline in it.

I wanted the tandem garage soooooo bad! Of course, 6 months to under a year is when the bottom really feel out here in Reno. All the houses that were just a tad out of price range were well within our price range now. We are the lucky ones. We haven't lost much if any in our house. PHEW!!!
