Machine, mostly.....

I have two random orbit sanders that make qhuck work of it when they are loaded with 80 grit.

I also have built some contour sanding tools to get up next to hardware, narrow tight spots and other places where the randon orbit sander might accidentally eat into the smooth soon-to-be-shiny white gelcoat.
