Just got an email back in regards to my chair, from all the questions I had and information I gave them, they came back with it can't be fixed and to buy a new one.
Not quite like that. It looked like the part was defective from the start and they avoided answering that question. I asked if that was indeed the correct way and if I buy another one of their systems do I expect it to act the same, loosens after 5 - 10 minutes. Then I have to reach down and re lock it.
