The folks on Wall St. have the American workforce right where they want us. They can maximize profits and tell the labor force "your lucky to have a job".

I was hoping to hit the lake this weekend, but it's looking like wind will be blowing

The weekend after, my wife is out of town, so I think I'll need to try to find a crew if the weather is good.

Its a 4 hour trip to the river for me. So usually a trip for a day on the weekend never happens.

Usually go out for Moms day. Waiting a week later this year for wife's b-day, 21-25 o' May!!!

As long as its not windy we will hit Mohave on our first trip.(water is warmer than the river)

River never gets more than 68-70 degrees in the hottest time of year. But is super refreshing when its 110 outside compared to 82 degree water temp on the lake in July-Aug.

Unless you drop in at Willow Beach. Then its chilly all year long.(65F at the hottest part of the year)

But every mile you drive you will watch the temp rise. And you have to drive a few miles because its a no-ski zone in almost all but the beginning of Black Canyon.
