I was thinking it would be fun to be out boating, but way cold.

So I'm flying last night and my tanker has a pretty complex fuel system, and one of the check valves failed, and I moved 5k lbs of gas from my aft body tank to my forward body tank in 2 min. It moved the center of gravity forward 6%, which is a pretty big deal. Luckily it was the end of the flight and I only had 5k of gas in the aft tank, but it could have been bad.
Anyway, I was reading all the ballast threads about check valves and I'm not going to use them. Some said I could use them to use the same thru hull for vent and drain but I'm going to use separate thru hulls for each. I know it's not critical for a boat but I'm going to try to keep the mechanisms simple so if there is a problem there is less stuff to troubleshoot.2009 RZ2, PCM 343, MLA Surf Ballast, Premium Sound.
