Skip we will draft a team of players, usually 1-2 of defense Qb, 1 kicker and the rest Rb's and WR's. then out of them you pick starters that you think will have the best performance because of match ups or just foolish pride. you get point based on their game performance for the day and hope that your players you picked have a better day than the other hoes

and if they do then you make sure you tell the other owner about it
