I was shocked at the price of lakefront property here. If I can unload my house in TX, I'd be able to get one. I've seen some nice little 2br, 1 bath with a dock for 250K!

I'm going to try to split a bigger house with my brother to create an Ewok compound for summer vacations, so no matter where we all live we can congregate for summer reunions and vacations.

And I actually saw a Yamaha wakeboat on the water this past weekend! But I also saw 2 BU's, 1 Supra, 1 Centurion, 1 Moomba, 1 Axis 22, 2 MC's and 2 Tige's. On Sunday I put in at downtown Coeur D'Alene and got lots of compliments and a few, what kind of boat is that? Some folks thought it was a superfast jetboat.

How far on average or to your home lake do you guys trailer?

I have a lake that is 45 minutes away but it is small and crowded. The lake that I typically go to is just over 2 hours away.

I also got a surprise safety inspection from the sherrifs dept when I pulled up to the docks at Harrison, ID. They were very friendly, not writing tickets, just letting folks know what they need for next year i guess.

I have a lake that is 45 minutes away but it is small and crowded. The lake that I typically go to is just over 2 hours away.

I can be 10 min to 1.5 hours but I usually trailer about 30 min or less. I have 50 lakes within 70 miles and all are great for riding.

It's close. He lives on a little lake about 15 miles north of CDA. So far I've only had my boat in the water in ID, even though there is a lake about 6 miles from my house.

No, Sand Point is about an hour north. He's on Twin Lakes. I'm looking to get a place on Hayden Lake or Spirit Lake
