We just always go to the lake. They built a dock on the river finnaly. It is only 5 minutes from my house vs. the lake that is over an hour.

Ah, even better news!

Just the opposite for me. The nearest lake is about an hour away and it actually kinda sucks IMO.

you'll never regret the ballast, but if you add too much you'll need a prop
