Outboard motor for sailboat runs. Turns out that the seal on the water pump housing is worn out. The exhaust pressure outside the pump is high enough to blow by the seal, causing the water pump to pump exhaust instead of water. Short term fix is to reduce exhause pressure in mid-section by opening up relief holes a littlewith a drill. Longer term is to simply replace an $8.00 seal on the pump housing. $8.00 seal is on order. Shipping? $12.00. Oh well...

I cruised the yellow powerboat at 4800 lots. It burns gas like a banshee there.... 63 MPH is fun though!

Let me know what you think of the 911 I have only had mine out a handful of times with that prop. Had the same one on my 21i and to me my V feels like a slow dog. I need to ride in another local 21v see if my engine is underpowered.
