Mine has one 1 1/2" thru hull and 4 pumps on a manifold off it

I need to go clean my vinyl and cover the boat. I bet it the carpet is still wet.

Skip, can't you drill it out and use a easy out ?
Drenched it with ON Blaster also

I was trying an easy out but it would not work. I have some PB Blaster but I didn't think that it would work since I just need to twist it and I can't. Three of the crosses were filled with metal, looked as if someone broke a phillips bit that was then welded in. When I tried the easy out it slid to the empty cross, so it is off center. It is so close to the flange that I can not get my grinder in there to put a slit in the head. I need to see if my buddy has something smaller. I could probably grind the head off but I don't know if I will have much room to use plyers to twist it off.
