It was on WakeWorld, it said he forgot one of the drain plugs. I guess it had one in the bottom of the hull.
I forgot my drain plug once in my old boat, but you can tell right away that something is wrong. I got back on the trailer in 3 min but it still took on a bunch of water. Didn't touch the engine but it took a few minutes to drain.

I do too but if the mussel police catch you on the way to the lake they make you pull it and prove its dry. I do not know why they are not checking ballast tanks yet

I'm pretty sure that the warranty commission would not cover a broken swim platform that had been used for hauling jet skis
I would be worried about the transom mounts ripping off the boat

Sure, it may be strong enough to hold the ski when sitting still, but I cannot imagine that it could withstand bouncing across any waves without major problems.
