How was the asparagus fixed? Where I grew up we would go find it wild and then cook it and serve it in warm milk and butter. There was probably cream in there too.

I've never had any wild! She roasted it in a little olive oil with just salt and pepper.

A lot of the farmers did not like the city folk coming out to get the asparagus so they started to spray it. Where I lived before I moved to CO was considered the country, 3 miles out of town, and it grew across the street.

We used to cook zucchini in egg and flour then fry it. We started to cook it with butter and lemon pepper with some crookneck. Sometimes new things aren't a bad thing.
