Just checked again. Mine do not. The bolt has a plastic stopper to keep if from coming out once I undo it. If I swing it around it would just barely hit the hole but there is no hole in the rack to secure it.

wife is working down at the trauma center tonight, and one of her co-worker's daughter is spending the night with us and going out on the boat in the AM...so I drove down there to pick her up...while there, one of the doctors was going on and on to my boys about how to build potato guns, homemade fireworks, blowdarts, etc.

my boys were smiling the whole time, and now want a potato gun
