As long as you promise not to hurt me.LOLYOU want to stand up put you feet a little wider than shoulder width apart and ducked out slightly.To test your stance you should be able to squat to the ground without pain in your knees.Wrap your arms over and under your biceps[genie pose].lean your upper body back slightly.push your hips forward so a straight line is formed from your knees to your shoulders.you are regular so left foot forward.rotate your arms to your left side about waist level.lean against the line.Always draw an imaginary line to the tower and lean away from the line to the tower.DO NOT lean backwards you will lose line tension.you turn by shifting weight from your heels to your toes while leaning away from the tower.hope that helps.It's much easier to show than to describe.
Unless things have changed since I was there, early 90's, the advantage to school in that part of the world was that they are focused on what you want to be or do. Not all of the general stuff to make us all well rounded individuals.

I asked because I was serious, so no hurting. You will almost be here on your trip so you should just keep coming and show me. I am going to print this and study it. Thanks. I would like to be able to pop wake to wake by the end of the summer.

I'm not sold on it and doubt I can change his mind. He says the masters program is one year instead of two.
