I just spoke with the service manager. I explained my frustrations and issues. He seemed receptive. Two things I should pass along:
1- He told me that they had performed the winterization service right after I brought the boat into the shop. I had assumed they had not because during the middle of the time it was there, I asked if they had performed any of the other work on the boat (besides the speakers) and was told that they do not start on a boat until they have all the parts to do all the work at one time. The service manager claims that they had winterized it first. If so, then I was wrong in calling them out for winterizing it in March. I tried to edit my initial post, but it won't let me edit now.
2- He also said that he had charged for Pro-80's, not MB-8's, on the invoice because he thought that is what they had ordered and installed. He told me he would look into it and refund the difference if correct. I promised him that they did install MB-8's, and not Pro-80's.
Sorry if the D-bag comment about your dealer made things worse! seemed pretty spot on at the time
