Sounds like they still let you down on several other issues, and giving you the boat not cleaned up with wire clippings after they had it for so long is bad. I don't even expect that from a Bayliner dealer. Hopefully this gets all the dealers to realize we all talk and share bad experiences. We also share stories of exceptional service too.

Even if their service wasn't as bad as initially posted, it was still bad.
