Teaching was fun, pay was good, but I was teaching two 6 hour classes a day and i got burned out quick. Especially since I had an hour drive and class started @ 6:30 am and the 2nd class didnt end till 7:30pm.
I also found that the salary paid instructors were just as cutthroat as they were when they were flat-rate techs.
i have heard the stories from past customers who went into teaching.
UTI...my wife's a nurse...the only thing that brings to mind is Urinary Tract Infection
I did work with a couple of other instructors that seem to be PMS'ing all the time

Man those MB-8's are big, besides the mess with the dealer how did it sound?
I only fired it up for a few minutes. Their settings didn't sound that great to me. Then I got mad again because the sub was still only intermittantly working. Then I had more work to do around the house.
Again...I probably be fiddling with things for quite a while.
Bummer dude, that suck. Sounds like you paid for winning the prize
How did you pay? If by CC, dispute it and watch him squirm.

I would also let Tige know he did nothing to address the warranty issues and did only what he could charge for.

I do plan on sending some info to Tige. I had spoken to Harvey about him last summer, too, after it was taking months to get my bimini repaired. At the time, he was not yet officially a Tige dealer, and Harvey mentioned that they had gotten several complaints which don't help his request. But then he was granted the dealership.
Ah well, I'll need to write a thorough letter at some point.

It took me awhile to get mine sounding ok and it probably still needs tuned by someone who knows what he's doing
