    There's a buckle sewed on the cover and both ends of the strap. You buckle one end of the strap around the top tube of the tower and the other end connects to the buckle on the cover. It is adjustable so you can adjust the tautness. Pretty much like the link ET posted up

    On my Tige I used Starbrite with teflon and it did not come back.

    You could sew in a strap system to mount the hang tight to.Then you wouldn't have any holes.

    My Dad's had been there for 20+ years, he could not believe it worked. The fiberglass is porous, once you clean it you need to seal it good or it will come right back.
