                      It's funny because everyone on here says you have to change them every season but I asked WWS about it and they said that there is no need to unless you are putting tons of hours on it every season. Guess it's all opinion but definitely take a look at it and make sure it's still good.

                          I think it's more of an assurance thing than owners thinking that you should change them out every year. Heck, last yeat I didn't change mine out and if this "test" drive happens, I am not changing what I have in it now.

                              I would tend to think the less you use your boat the more often you should change the impeller just due to dry rot. Since my boat was an 09 model sitting at the dealer with 1.2 hours on it, I'm going to change out the impeller this spring. Then I'll read more from y'all and see if I'll do it again next spring or do it every other year.
