Ive just had the farm raised also, never knew anyone that got a tag for the winter hunt in Gardener. when I was growing up the rangers shot them and gave the meat to the indian reservations, then they changed it and let the tribes come in to kill them. Then they started letting hunters draw tags for them I am not sure what they permit now. I do remember that The tree huggers did not like it when either the hunters or rangers were killing them

Yeah, it wasn't too sporting of a hunt when they just sit and wait for them by the park border. When one would cross that line...BAM! Real tough hunt.
I have about $1500.00 worth of parts heading this way. In a perfect storm scenario I have a sail, all my running rigging, (about 350 feet of rope) and lots of pulleys and other stainless hardware all scheduled via FedEx or UPS to arrive here the 21st....
