I've never run across one myself. Except for a cow that a neighbor shot one year and had hanging in his garage. It's knees were up in the rafters at the peak of his garage, and its entire head and neck were laying on the ground. Scary big.

My old barber up in MT used to buy a whole cow (moo - cattle) at a time from ranchers he knew. One year, he simply shot the cow and winched it into the bed of his truck. It was during hunting season, and he stopped at a game check station. Game wardens kinda freaked out until they could confirm that he had the rancher's permission to bag it.
