I'm not cooking a turkey this year. I friend and his wife is coming over and bringing a fried one. I am heating up a spiral cut ham on my cooker.

I've fried probably six turkeys. They are awesome once you figure it out. I under cooked the first two. One was still frozen a little, the other I forget to remove the "bag".
