Phil's Chicken and noodles recipe:
Take a store bought rotisserie chicken and let it cool. Debone it and throw the bones in a stock pot and cover with Chicken stock. Boil for a while.
In the meantime, brown some onions, carrots, garlic and celery in olive oil and celery salt. When done to liking , toss in teh boiling bone stock.
Remove bones, add either homemade noodles, (egg, unbleached white flour, salt and pepper) or some frozen pre-made noodles. Boil a while, then add chicken meat.
Simmer a little while and *achoo* watch the stuffy nose go away...It's not an optical illusion.
It just looks like one.....
