I ripped out the oversized galley...
Tore off the rotted ugly formica countertop...
Cut down and re-shaped teh galley base...
Made a nice backsplash for the new wet bar/entertainment center, (formet galley)
Started an overhead cabinet to hide the backs of the gages
The sink and faucet fixture will be here today for the wet bar. The head's sink is already here, waiting on a new toilet to figure out dimentsions so I can build a new cabinet
The boat project is well underway! The last pic is a render of what this area is supposed to look like finished. It is not exact, but it is close. SOme dimensions and details are sure to change, but this give you an idea where I am going

Skyworth SLC-1971A 19" flat screen with DVD. Sony MEX-DV2000 surround sound receiver... Speakers are TBD... I am not sure I want to use big round marine speakers down in the boat. Something more exotic maybe....
I prolly will use one of our programmable OEM amplifiers... I can tailor the output of each channel, mix channels for surround effects, add delay, and it has a nice subwoofer section.
It's not an optical illusion.
It just looks like one.....
