Just tired of WA. I am at the point where I really don't give a crap about anything he says. Around here, there is a price for people that are easy to deal with and then there is the special pricing for those that are going to take alot of hand holding. I am certain that is what his 'local dealer' did and why the price was set where it was.

No, tons of people want to rent because they can't sell their house where they are moving from. It'll sell eventually, the existing home inventory is about 11.5 months, I've had it on the market since March. If I don't sell it by June of next year I'll have to rent it out. Luckily the good deal I got on my house in WA is going to offset the loss I'll take on my house in TX. Just locked in 4.375 30yr fixed with no points.
