Got the boat out for the first time finally yesterday. Damn! I suppose let that be a lesson to all...if there is anything wrong that is stumping you...just replace everything. It'll take a lot less time
Oh well...water temp is still close to 90 and the lake just rose 5 ft. Got a while to go.

Actually first time ever. Yes.. I've been following.. we bought ours in early July site unseen off of ebay...seems that the sellers version of "runs great" is drastically different than any rational person. So after two mechanics and 2 months I finally got it out and it seems to run great now. I could have spent the last two months and a lot less $$ just replacing the floors in our '85. Oh well. Hopefully it's good now!
