I'm test driving that '99 21V for $14k Monday afternoon...
I noticed that NADA doesn't ask for hours on the boat. How do you account for hours? NADA puts that bow at $14k low but does that count for trailer, etc.?
You need to go and check its value and add it on, I Think"Failing to prepare is preparing to fail" John Wooden- Rest in Peace

If the test drive went smooth and the interior wasn't destroyed, I'd go for it.
Remember to check the motor oil color AFTER the test drive. The luck is gone, the brain is shot, but the liquor we still got.
