Im lost without the PW thread!!!!

In addition to my issues getting my bimini fixed and no return calls from the new dealer, I have also talked to another owner with major warranty work problems from the dealer. And heard about another owner with frustrations. And a potential buyer who was getting weird responses and info.

So far, the new dealer is not impressing me, or any of the TO's that I've talked to. Not good signs.

Unfortunately, I'm kinda held hostage if I want anything done under warranty.

I am going to call Harvey at the factory, though, to check on our bimini...since dealer won't call me back.

One of the above noted other owner says that dealer was telling him that he couldn't get the necessary parts for an unknown period. When he called Harvey, it turned out that dealer hadn't even tried to order the parts. Harvey had the parts at the owner's door within a couple days.

Of course, this is all just hearsay...except for the stuff happening to me.
