Our government, supposedly by the people and for the people is not listening. They are a bunch of self-agrandized pompous jacka$$es who think they know better what is good for the people, good for the nation, and as a result will lead us down a path to utter corrupted totally grid-locked socialism where the only way we can attain the care, service and products we need will be in the underground black market.
We are a scary step away from the same kind of desolation and wide-sweeping poverty that used to grip the Soviet Union. No fuel at the service station, meat counters with nothing for sale, no produce to be found unless you grow it on your own, and "THEY" will likely be taking "their" percentage of what you grow...
I bust my backside to take care of myself and mine. Now Obumma and his government want me to take care of the bummas who sit on their a$$es all day with their hands out.
This is nutso too; part of the way they are planning to pay for this fiasco is to CURTAIL medicaid payments for many who are already "on the dole" leaving them with worse care.... Doctors will not be paid as much, leading many to leave health care for employment where they can acutally make some money. A lack of qualified providers is about to sweep the coountry, leaving all of us in the care of a handful of idealists who treat the infirm out of compassion rather than as a livelihood choice. The obvious result wil be a 3-month or longer wait to be treated for a cold, or worse, something that could really hurt you, emergency rooms clogged to the point of ineffeciveness..
DO I need to go on? There is already a movement to get this repealed... I recommend you all become vocal, contact your representatives in Washington and let them know you are AGAINST this thing. Weneed to be a people who demand that government do OUR bidding, not what they THINK is good for us.
