Too far away from the bags?

Not sure but I think water was sitting on the flapper and sometimes that bags wouldnt fill. I moved them back by the bags and haven't had a single problem since.

Chp set me up well. I think I need just a few more parts to have the pumps right where I need them

Chpthril knows his stuff I used to buy from Wakemakers because I could get it next day being so close but I use Bakes Marine now for service and parts.

I moved the check valves that were in that picture as well, they were a problem there.

Ive also got 2 pumps coming off a single inlet which will be filling the 2 bow sacs for individual control, so space is tight for sure.

I'm going to do the same and have one pump for the front and rear on each.
