Thanks. I guess the good news for me is that I bought my bumpers from the online Apple store...one would think that might make things easier.

I also heard that you have until sometime in September to return the phone if you want.

30 days from purchase date you can return your phone for a full refund no questions asked.

Sometime in September was when they were going to stop offering the free bumpers, but in the Q&A jobs said that "they will reassess the free bumper"
