6 days on the MLS.
But we had it on the market last year for 8 months with no success. we took it off just befor Christmas.
Market is changing.
If nothing falls through we will be downsizing a bit and I am going to have to finish another Basement. But I get a three car garage and about 20x40' of fenced RV parking
