Ill probably have the gains maxed out on the EQ for the boats and tower, the HU at about 75%, that way someone doesnt get drunk and try to crank it up to much. But the treble and mid bass etc, would those knobs just need to be straight up and down? Or do they even effect the frequency?
Straight up on the WS-420. This puts the frequency boost at 0. Also make sure the head-unit's EQ is flat.

The gains on the WS-420 are fixed and sealed, so no adjustment there. Your amp gains should not be over 1/3rd.

You'd fit in well Bryce... You need to pull your boat out here for ABD 13 this summer

the larger the HLCD, the less of a compromise between a surf and board type setup.

I've got a large box anchor...I'm sure I could hold a couple boats.

They usually sink a few 5 gallon buckets with concrete for anchor points. Works well, then I use those anchors for the rest of the summer, as long as no one else gets to them first.

I may try your recommendations first Chp before we ship the SMD. I will put all the amps at 80hz, and then set the amps around 1/4-1/3 gain. Do you run quite a bit of mid bass to the rev 10s from the ws420, or leave everything pretty much straight up?
