Bryce I am not trying to be a **** in any way but what tricks are you throwing these days that necessitate 3000lbs of ballast? I get that you have a DD and the wake isn't as big out of the box. Just seems like 3000lbs is incredibly excessive unless you are starting to try 5s or 7s.
Don't get me wrong man I love a big ole wake but I found when we were running 3600lbs plus wedge in our Axis it was not helping me progress at all. It was helping me be extremely sore after every day on the lake.

I just want to be able to utilize my 1100 lbs sac and 750 lb sac I already have. Getting another 750 lb sac so I can have them beside the engine, and the 1100 up front would let them get damn near full if not completely. I just want lead so I can move it around and get the wake even. It just happens to come out around 3k lbsAin't no 1/2 steppin'

By stages I mean try and keep the 50/50 weight distribution but maybe go 1000lbs, 2000lbs, then try the big boy 3000lbs.Ain't no 1/2 steppin'
