Had to have $1300 worth of plumbing work done yesterday. That included demoing part of the tile in my shower. Just going to have the whole shower re-tiled for $700. I figure after this the bathroom qualifies as a complete renovation. Too bad that meant canceling the Mexico trip we were planning for the end of March.

Yeah it does Timmy. However since we plan on selling in 12-24 months a bathroom that is 100% renovated instead of 90% renovated should help. Might not get an extra 2k out of the deal but hopefully when we do put it on the market it sells quickly.
