This house had been added to many times. In fact there were 4 layers in places where they just covered up the previous work. It was a one family home and a batchelor lived in it the past 20 years. It was nasty. They did all the previous work as cheap as they could and I mean cheap. I think the scrounged up the materials to do it with. And they new very little about carpentry. The frame work was in excellent shape but the rest was horrible. Since the frame was good I decided to remodle in stead of dozing it. Now it is going to be nice and last another 80 years.

Yea, I made it known I wouldn't b content with just being manager and he said there's a lot of room to grow. It's pretty much just how hard a guy wants to work. I don't think I want to work as hard as skippa tho

Thanks on the compliments of the boat. I'm pretty happy with what I saw. With the panels off, it'd b the perfect time to go in and run the wire for all the rings. He said I could come do it this weekend because hell b down there working.

We're looking at a house on 17.2 acres built n 2000. 4 bed 3 bath house. 160 k bout 5 miles outside of my hometown. Perfect for a few cattle n breaking horses a little bit. Back to my kind of living

Just wish it was larger. More bed rooms and another bath. However I can add on later.
