Im lost without the PW thread!!!!

Was working a bit on the boat this afternoon - fired her up, wiping down the vinyl, etc. Found some gel cracking that concerns me and wanted thoughts from the postwhores. They are located on both sides of the boat, just above the bottom of the vertical side where it turns up from underneath, toward the bow. I'll post some pics, but they are really hard to see in the pics (sorry, I don't have a better camera to capture them).

This gives a pic of the general area:



The cracks are several parallel cracks across an inch or two, and run about 12 inches on the port side:





The starboard side is a little worse. The cracks run almost 24 inches on that side:

Sorry for the crappy pics. Anyway, I'll be bringing them to the dealer for his thoughts once I get him to respond to me. I am not aware of any impacts in those areas that would have caused them. I'm scratching my head over this. Welcome input from the collective knowledge of the PWs.

I am no expert but is there anything by the lift, maybe even the water, that would reflect heat towards that area? I only ask because the fiberglass guy that I used told me that the fenders would reflect a lot of heat and cause cracking.

I can't think of anything particularly reflective, except for the water itself. And seems odd that it would reflect enough in that area to cause enough heat for that. But I dunno.
