Thanks for all your thoughts, guys. I really haven't decided yet what direction I'll go. A lot of things to consider.

And, no, it had nothing to do with the political direction of this country right now or impact of obamacare, etc. The Vegas construction industry took a dive years ago, but our office was involved on a couple of long term huge projects that allowed us keep busy. Unfortunately, as those have been winding down, we just haven't been able to land much new work here. There are a lot of factors involved, from the local construction situation to internal company reorganization to lack of local marketing efforts/poor results.

Anyway, the timing was a surprise to me, coming much earlier than I expected. I have a lot of thinking to do about how to move forward.

Thanks, Maj. Lots for us to think about. Wife's job pays more, is secure, and she's worked up to where she wants to be. So unlikely to consider moving.
