My welding machine wont fit sideways up against the bed of the cab so I'm going to have to modify the bed this weekend

Its 4 1/2'' from fitting, Im thinking I'll lay out a hole where the front exciter armature stick out and it'll poke into the fender well a little bit but you wouldnt be able to see it from the outside of the truck

For some reason I just dont want to spend the money on a new flat bed because I dont know if or when I'll actually hit the pipeline

Stopped at the Malibu store this afternoon. No real word on pricing for the 20MXZ but they expected it to be in the mid $80's. It's hard to say for sure but I doubt I'd be able to get one close enough in price to where it would make sense but we'll see.
