Definitely get the 5 Bryce. I have the 5 and the wifey has the 4S. I did a speed test the other day on ours sitting next to each other. I was around 20MBPS on downloads and she was under 1MBPS. The LTE stuff is so worth it. Which provider do you have?

Funny story...I know a guy that did that, sort of.

He knew a cattle rancher and bought one of his cows (or a steer - whatever) for beef. So he went to the guys property, shot it, gutted it, and loaded it in his truck to take home (all with the rancher's knowledge and permission). Did I mention that this was during deer season? He stopped at a game check station on the way home and just about gave the game warden a heart attack.
