Didn't ruffle my feathers, and I treat all women in my workplace equal, and they all drink as much beer as I do. When I taughht girls in pilot training I didnt treat them different either, I yelled at them and told them they suck just as much as any other student, and they respected my honesty. When groups want to be treated equally I'm all about that, and I give it to them all equally. What pissed me off was when white male students washed out of pilot training, that was it, they washed out. Every time a minority student or female washed out it was literally a congressional investigation to see if there was any discrimination. That by itself is discrimination.

After reading Fives reply I had a thought, similar to what you are saying.

An educated white guy is a minority and has less chance of getting a job because of all they are more concerned with hiring some one of a minority. I think the educated white guy is the minority now.
