No, I wish I could of gotten a video of some HS jumps so I could post up and get them critiqued but the past few weekends no one else has been in the boat and the ol lady can only do one thing at a time

She said I was edging standing tall but when I get to the wake, I was letting my knees absorb the wake I think watching a video of it would help me a bunch

They still haven't found the girl but they have found a backpack that belongs to her in a town almost 7 miles away.

Thats probably something to find out, but not that I know of. We were the only boat on the lake today and didnt even have to pay to drop in Mayb wake would know about down in Oklahoma

I agree. I finally got my wife to get some video but it was not really good. I think I was absorbing at the wake as well.

Where did they find it at? Iwndr if they found anything else or have any leads yet. Thats scary that its been over 2 days now

I just looked up Kansas regulations -

Towing a Person With a Vessel Legally

In addition to adhering to laws as they apply to all vessels, operators towing a person(s) on water skis, aquaplanes, surfboards, inner tubes, or any similar devices must obey these laws.

Operators must have:
A wide-angle rearview mirror properly placed to provide a maximum view of the person or persons being towed, or ...
A second person at least 12 years old to act as an observer.
Vessels towing a person(s) on water skis or a similar device must carry on board a bright orange or red skier-down flag and display it whenever the towed person(s) is in the water preparing to be towed or waiting to be picked up by the towing vessel. The flag must be displayed so that it is visible from all directions.
Vessels may not tow a person(s) on water skis or any other devices from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise.
PWCs may not be used to tow a person on water skis, kneeboards, inflatable crafts, or any other device unless the PWC is designed to accommodate more than one person and that by doing so it does not exceed the PWC’s own capacity rating.
Everyone engaged in water-skiing—the operator, the observer, and the towed person(s)—must conduct themselves in a safe manner. It is illegal to cause the towed device or person to collide with any object or person. It is also illegal to water-ski or manipulate any other towed device while under the influence of alcohol, a controlled substance, any other drug, or a combination.
Although not required by Kansas law, it is recommended that anyone being towed behind a vessel wear a U.S. Coast Guard–approved Type I, II, III, or V PFD that is in good and serviceable condition.

I agree. I finally got my wife to get some video but it was not really good. I think I was absorbing at the wake as well.

My first jump today was the best. Had a bunch of hang time and went w2w. I just cut out and had a slow progressive edge back in with the handle at my lead hip, and leaned down the rope like a lever to get line tension b4 the wake and tried to stand tall at the wake. I prolly didnt stand very tall tho but it felt good. That board should b shooting me way out into the flats at 65' if I do it right

They are not saying, that I know of, except for bloodhounds sniffed it out.
