Coder pin took a good 5 minutes to get out The nut wasnt on tight at all and the prop slid right off with my hands keeper key is in good shape. Now if I can just remember which way it came off I think it was with the tips out and the ACME PROPELLERS towards the motor and the 911 out

Theres a 8'x8'box of electricians scrap wire at work. It was full to the top so I helped myself to a 20' piece of red, 20' of black, and 20' of blue probably 16-18 gauge wire for my ws420 Thought about unconvering the boat and running wires tonight, but since I think I will b off tomorrow by 9 or 10, I think I'll wait

The ACME part # and specs should face out. You'll know when you launch it if its backwards

Trying to talk the ol lady into taking me to the lake tomorrow afternoon if it isnt to cold. I'm stoked to see how the switch from the 515 to the 911 prop does. And stoked to fill some bags and try to dial in a wake

it will be a night and day diff, especially when you add the weight.

Timmy posted that one last year - factory said it was destined for Quebec.
                            IIRC it had black graphics
