If I was to order an RZ2, this is the color combo I would get. I think it would look great with a matt finish on the tower like the new wet sounds boat, but I'm saving up for an Expy so I can order that baby when it comes out with Boost!

You usually never know what the pay is. And its a real touchy area duing an iterview but they may ask you what you currently make.

You have to be careful here. Again you don't want to lie, if you answer. One answer is that pay is negotiable. Sometimes they will let you know what they are willing to pay right off the bat to see if the interview is worth continuing. If it lower than you want you can still say it is negotiable if you think it still may be a fit. What are the benefits, vacation, bonus', etc.. that may make up for it.

idk, but I think knowing the starting salary is an important part of going into an interview. First of all, you don't want to be wasting your time or theirs if it really does start down around 15 right?
There have been probably 5-6 jobs I've applied for while at my current position that I thought would be at the least a lateral move in terms of compensation and when I got the initial phone interview it turns out it was about a 25% cut. I had to be honest with them and told them we can't go much further unless we can start talking at $X.xx/hr

Good points. Did they bring up the salary or did you? If they don't bring it up how would you bring it up?
