I am trying to think of some good ones. Why are they hiring this position? How long do people stay in this position? What opportunities will this lead me to?
The future / opportunity question can be a catch 22 depending on interviewer. Some like to see potential and motivation and others want to see that you aren't going anywhere.
idk - I will keep thinking, maybe others will chime in

My input is to be a team player who can get along with anyone and will take instruction and out work your counterparts. You will work harder and safer than those around you. Just myWake Up or Stay On Shore!

You are a salesman to get the job but don't lie. It will bite you. If you can take some notes so you can follow up after the interview.

You guys are awesome I went back and read the job description again. Wrote down some key words they were wanting like communication, independent, and working under sressful situations, all that I feel Im really pretty good at. Definately wrote down all your guys' ideas to. Very helpfulAin't no 1/2 steppin'

What is this job. I presume a welding job but doing what?
That would help us determine what they may ask.
Another thought to all this is: Is this a job you really want? If so you have to go in positive with the desire to have that particular job. If it is not for you and you are interviewing anyway it will show.Wake Up or Stay On Shore!
