Houston I don't know about you but I have been pretty disappointed with the clamping racks for the price they charge. I had the same bump stop issue as you and FIRST weekend we had the boat we got a chip in our tower from the bump stop not being the right size or missing or whatever the issue was. I do know about 2 weeks after we got the boat some new hardware for the racks showed up and fixed this issue.
So, I've had a couple issues with my boat. Nothing that hasn't been fixed so far. Recently, we had a board rack break off. Yes, break off and fall into the water when my wife hit a roller while I was riding. I let go and collected the 2 boards. No one was hurt luckily but we did lose the rack. I'm surprised that no one noticed that the port side rack was missing in the September picture thread. This is not the first time we have had boards go flying out of the clamping racks.
Tige is replacing the rack and did so without a squabble. Due to the number of issues I've had, including the racks, I asked Tige if they would send me the Seadek pads for the walk through and transom at no, or a reduced cost. I felt like it was nitpicking so I never brought it up before but there are several areas where the gel is cracked or looks bad around the non skid area. I sent them pics and just figured that rather than fix those areas and as a sign of goodwill, they could send me the Seadek and all would be well.
After several weeks of back and forth, they said no. Any thoughts? Should I now ask them to repair the gel? Or should I just drop it and quit being a B?

I had mentioned that all the roofs in my neighborhood are getting replaced. The guys house across the street, they came and put all the stuff on the roof to do it last Friday. Last night they came and took it away.
They left the 2x4's that they nailed in so stuff wouldn't slide.
Doing much better, thanks for asking. Still a long recovery, but he should be released from the hospital this weekend. He has 70 staples down his back, but hes walking with the aid of a walker right now. I appreciate everyones continued well wishes and prayers.
Glad he is doing better. Hoping he has a speedy full recovery.
