That's alright, just a proud dad! Hopefully he will be able to get back into it at 100% OR you will have a grandkid in a few years that he can coach and be even better!

We just ended the competitive season yesterday and I'm already missing it, I can hardly imagine how you might feel...

I wish my daughter was as into it as your guys' kids are. She likes wakeboarding and small jumps but it's not really her main interest. Oh well, getting up at 4:30am to get her ready for swim practice instead will hopefully pay off...

How old is she Timmy? You never know. It started out as recreational thing for my son as well, then we just went to watch a comp one weekend and he got fired up...

She's 12 and we have been boating for 7 years now. The first 4 or 5, she wouldn't ride anything after she crashed on the wakeboard and a boat almost hit her. She picked it back up 2 years ago.

Ah yea. The first year my son started, he rode behind my brothers boat that was sacked out for his son (huge wake). My boy went so big and out in the flats it was awesome, but he caught his edge and crashed so bad that he wouldn't ride at all for about a month...
that stuff happens at that age.

Yeah, it's hard because we want to see them do good and have fun since we didn't get to do this at their age since it didn't even exist yet! LOL!
