My aunt and her husband live out there and Colorado and they run like 5 miles a day, even when theyre here visiting. Idk how you guys do it

My buddy says he runs 5 miles a day even when he travels. I am not that motivated.

I was really dedicated the last year and went from 215 to 168 which was way to skinny. Now im up around 185 again and need to start lifting hard again. A 21 year old shouldnt b out of shape. I blame it on the gf haha
