I guess you took it to H2O. They are good at some things but lacking in others. Glad to hear was covered under warranty.

That was my first go around with the service at the dealer...wasn't impressed. Don't like to be told things will be done a certain day and it ends up being 2 days later. I will give them one more chance.

Hmmmm...that happened to me when the old dealer here sold the dealership. When the new guy took way longer than he said it would be, and he wouldn't keep me updated, I told him he needed to work on his communication and time.

Next time it went into that dealer, he said it would take a week or two. I was finally able to pick up my boat four MONTHS later, they didn't do everything they were supposed to, and the work they did was poor.

Shocking - they were out of business within about 8 more months.

I am SO paranoid about vinyl on my new boat. Coming from a fairly poor interior in my 13yr old boat to this one, I am CONSTANTLY inspecting every little thread and worrying myself to death about separation.

They're a good group up there. They are coming down to CA for the regionals, like last year. founder of INT is up there in WA too.
