If my boat sits the house battery drains a little. I flip the circuit breakers and the battery switch when I pull it out of the water. The only thing that I can think of is the stereo might draw a little. What is would there be?

The head-unit memory will draw a little, but usually not enough to run a battery down in a few weeks.
Its kinda a pain in the arse, but makes a good test. When you come off the water, reach up behind the head-unit and pull the plug. This kills the memory. if the battery still has a drain, its not the head-unit.
With a DVOM, you can actually measure the draw and isolate it. Takes time though.
